Rear Extension & Loft Conversion – Expanding Up and Out
This comprehensive project included a 3m x 5m rear single-storey extension and a full loft conversion, transforming the property into a spacious and versatile family home. The rear extension created a modern open-plan kitchen and dining space with improved natural light and connection to the garden. Upstairs, we maximised the unused loft space to add two well-proportioned bedrooms and a stylish bathroom, seamlessly integrating the new floor with the existing structure.
