Next project is under way. Looking forward to seeing the journey of this one. Once again conversion to 6 bed HMO. Already have let it to a group to this year, best actually get it finished 🤪 #herewego
Last HMO of the year complete. This one evolved as the project went along. Originally started as a 6 bed 2 story project with a 6m rear extension, it then turned into a 3 story 7 bed project. We then decided to keep the 3 story’s and have a 3m rear extension and maintain as a 6 bed with a cloak room.

Very happy with the end product, massive shout out to all parties involved, builders, party wall surveyor, Arcitect, and planning consultant for making it happen.

Target market is for hospital staff, so a real good feel behind this one.

Looking forward to the projects next year.

First Xmas where my son is starting to get involved, loving it.
Fromond road. So happy with the end result on this one. It was a hard project, had to remove the builders and self manage trades but in the end everything came together really well. Hard work pays of. Massive thanks to all the trades that where involved.

This was an interesting one. Turned out that the rooms didn’t meet space standards. With a bit of imagination we got there.
